Cancellation Policy

 At 24 Kallos, we aim to process your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our cancellation policy to help you manage your orders:


Eligibility for Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order only if the shipping manifest has not yet been closed.
  • To initiate a cancellation, please email our customer support team at customercare@24kallos.com with your Order Number.


Cancellation Process

  1. If your request is eligible, we will cancel the order and send you a confirmation email.
  2. A refund will be processed within 7 business days of acknowledging your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Orders already handed over for shipping and delivery cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, we recommend referring to our Return and Refund Policy if there are any issues with the order upon delivery.
